This is Pandora Smith, a character I created for Nekomamire's Muchigaku Project, but I have not drawn her in a long time. She is half British, half Japanese. Her nickname is Panda. She moved to Japan to enroll in Muchigaku, a school for exceptionally well-endowed girls, because her development was causing problems in England.
She's a bit of a troublemaker, and she is prone to comparing the size of her breasts with other girls, whether she is bigger or smaller(of which many, many girls at Muchigaku are bigger than she is by a large margin). However, she is hardheaded and refuses to budge that hers are the biggest and best, even if it is clear that she is nowhere near another girl's size. She is extremely fond of milk and drinks it often, sure that it will help her breasts grow faster.
I based her design, nickname, and real name entirely on a character from an erotic story by an English author that I grew very attached to. He is now deceased, but I felt it was such a shame for his work to end like that, so I created her as an homage. If he were alive to see it, I hope he would not mind.
edit: I didn't like the colors and shading, so I tried to tweak it a bit. Hopefully it looks better.

You haven't been using really strong colors outside Mayoi and Miku, which I think were a great compromise between softer base colors and strong strokes. The problem to me is finding the same look for colors with less contrast.
